Orchard Grass

Orchard grass hay for horses, grown by the Ropp family on their Nevada farms. Soft-leaf, high-fiber, low-dust forage in clean 3-string bales. Orchard grass is the go-to hay for picky eaters, hard keepers, and senior horses who need a palatable, easy-to-chew grass. The Nevada high desert grows a consistently leafy crop without the mold risk of humid Southern hay. Best for horses at maintenance or in light work who do well on a straight grass ration without alfalfa. We test the field, not each bale. Delivered across Williston, Ocala, Gainesville, and Central Florida, with shipping-container bulk storage available on larger orders. If your horse turns up his nose at coastal or Bermuda, orchard grass is almost always the fix.
