These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the farmersdirecthay.com website and any orders, deliveries, or communications you receive from Farmers Direct Hay and Feed LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

About Us

Farmers Direct Hay and Feed LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating a hay and feed business in Williston, Florida. We sell premium hay, feed, and related supplies primarily to equine, livestock, and small-farm customers in North Central Florida. We deliver within a 40-mile radius of Williston, with custom-quoted delivery available beyond that radius.

Use of the Website

You may use the website to browse our products, request quotes, place orders, and contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the site, our infrastructure, or our security controls.
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content, photos, or product information without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or business when placing an order or sending a message.

Orders, Pricing, and Delivery

Submitting an order request through the website does not create a binding sales contract. We confirm pricing, availability, and delivery details by phone or email before fulfilling any order.

• Prices listed on the website are subject to change. The price quoted at the time we confirm your order is the price you pay.
• Delivery rates are $35 within 25 miles of Williston, $40 from 25 to 40 miles, and custom-quoted past 40 miles. We deliver within Florida only.
• Promotional offers (such as free delivery or first-order discounts) are limited to the terms stated on the landing page where they appear. New-customer offers apply to first-time orders only.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including for capacity, geography, or pricing reasons.

SMS and Text Message Communications

When you provide your phone number through a form on this website and check the corresponding consent boxes, you agree to receive text messages from Farmers Direct Hay and Feed LLC. There are two separate categories of consent:

• Marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
• Non-marketing messages about order status, appointments, and delivery scheduling.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to receive any text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. Opting out of marketing messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional order-status messages, and the reverse is also true.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product you purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Farmers Direct Hay and Feed LLC harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
