Farmers Direct Hay and Feed LLC stands behind every load that leaves Williston. If a product is not what you expected, the policies below explain how we make it right. If your situation is not covered here, call us at (352) 528-1255 and we will work it out person to person.
Hay and straw are agricultural products that we cannot resell once they have been opened, fed, or stored away from our barn. Our policy:
Bring returns to the store at 21091 NE US Hwy 27, Williston, FL 32696, or coordinate a pickup on your next delivery by calling us first.
Bagged products like fly spray, salt blocks, mineral, and feed can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are:
Sealed bags of large or fine shavings can be returned within 30 days, in the same unopened condition described above. Loose bales of straw bedding follow the hay rules in the section above.
Shipping containers are sold as-is at the time of delivery. We will walk you through condition before the container is dropped, and we encourage a final inspection on site. Once a container has been placed and accepted, returns are handled case by case. Call us with any concerns within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns are refunded the way you originally paid us, or applied as a credit toward your next order, whichever you prefer. Exchanges are processed at the time the return arrives back at the store. If a return requires us to make a delivery trip, the original delivery fee is not refunded since the trip was completed.
Refunds typically post within 5 to 7 business days from the date the return is received and inspected.
