How far do you deliver hay from Williston, FL?
We deliver within a 40-mile radius of our Williston store as our standard service area. Zone 1 (up to 25 miles) is $35 flat. Zone 2 (25 to 40 miles) is $40 flat. Hay orders delivered by shipping container get FREE delivery up to 40 miles, plus the first 30 days of on-site storage at no extra charge.
How much is hay delivery to Ocala or Gainesville?
Ocala is roughly 23 miles from our Williston store, so most Ocala addresses fall inside Zone 1 at $35. Gainesville is roughly 27 miles and typically falls inside Zone 2 at $40. Give us the exact address and we will confirm the zone before dispatch.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No minimum. Whether you need one bale or a full 130-bale shipping container, we will deliver it. The delivery fee is flat per trip, so larger orders get better economics per bale. Hay orders delivered by container include FREE delivery up to 40 miles.
How much notice do you need for a delivery?
We typically ask for 2 to 3 business days of notice so we can confirm hay type, quantity, and schedule a delivery window. Rush deliveries can sometimes happen same-day or next-day, call us and we will do our best.
Do you stack the hay in my barn?
Yes, our driver will stack hay inside your barn, shed, or loft at the drop point you specify. Tell us where you want it at the time of order and we will plan access accordingly.
Can you deliver hay by the container?
Yes. Order hay by the container and we deliver one of our signature pink 20-foot containers (roughly 130 bales) FREE up to 40 miles of Williston. First 30 days of on-site storage are free, $25/week after that, and most customers swap the empty for a full one before the 30 days are up. This is our best-value option for farms that go through hay quickly. Ask about availability when you call. (Separate from buying a container outright, which is a direct-sale product with $150 delivery within 25 miles.)
